BellaBod Returns & Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by our products with rigorous testing and quality control. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase from our website, you may request a return for a product credit or refund within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping fees, import taxes, or duties.

BellaBod is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by USPS or any other third-party shipping carriers.

Return Eligibility

Only first-time orders of a product are eligible for a return. Subsequent orders of the same product do not qualify.
If you purchased more than a 30-day supply, only one bottle will be able to be refunded.
Refunds are only issued for sealed and unused products in good condition.
The return must be shipped at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 14 days of delivery.

We require the product to be returned to us to prevent unauthorised resale and to safeguard the integrity of our supplement. Without receiving the product, we cannot issue a refund.

We do not reuse the jars after they're returned to us and recycle them at a local facility.

You must return the product at your own expense

Bellabod can only issue a refund for the first jar of our products. Subsequent orders as part of a recurring subscription do not qualify for a return. A single jar of product qualifies for a return if multiple one-time purchases of any product are made on a single order.

Fair Use Policy

We understand that results may vary based on individual differences. Some people may see quick results, while others may need longer to experience the benefits. If you wish to return a product, our customer support team may suggest continuing use for an extended period. If symptoms persist, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us at itsbellabod@gmail.com as soon as possible.

BellaBod is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address submissions. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at itsbellabod@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work on a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Subscriptions

BellaBod subscriptions are the easiest way to get your favorite products delivered automatically at a discount. You have full control over your subscription, including pausing or canceling anytime.

We send a reminder 48 hours before your next shipment. If you do not cancel before the charge, we do not accept returns on subscription orders.

International Taxes & Duties

All orders ship from our USA-based facility via USPS(on occasion, other carriers). Some countries may charge import taxes or duties on international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
